How to Run a Housekeeping Process Manually

Modified on Mon, Mar 23 at 3:32 PM

This guide explains how to manually run a Housekeeping Process immediately instead of waiting for the nightly run.

Overview

There are several Housekeeping processes that are On by default but you can turn on the processes you would need on a regular or irregular basis to minimize the possibility of forgetting to go into System > Housekeeping and turning the process on each time it is needed. Access to Housekeeping is User Privilege controlled.

How to Run a Housekeeping Process Manually

  1. Navigate to System > Housekeeping.
  2. Click the edit icon
  3. Scroll to the bottom to locate the Run Now dropdown.
  4. Select the process you want to run.
  5. Click the save icon

The selected process will start running immediately.

Notes:
  • Some processes cannot be run manually because they require significant system resources.
  • Only run processes manually when recommended by Support
