How to Enable or Disable Housekeeping Processes

Modified on Mon, Mar 23 at 3:32 PM

This guide how to enable or disable processes that run during the nightly Housekeeping cycle.

Overview

There are several Housekeeping processes that are On by default but you can turn on the processes you would need on a regular or irregular basis to minimize the possibility of forgetting to go into System > Housekeeping and turning the process on each time it is needed. Access to Housekeeping is User Privilege controlled.

How to Enable or Disable Housekeeping Processes

  1. Navigate to System > Housekeeping
  2. Click the edit icon
  3. Locate the process you want to change
  4. Select the checkbox to include the process in the nightly run.
  5. Clear the checkbox to remove the process from the nightly run.
  6. Click the save icon.

Notes:
  • A check mark indicates the process will run during the nightly Housekeeping cycle.
  • A cross indicates the process is not included.
  • Most systems are already configured with recommended processes enabled.
